The Purchase Department is responsible for obtaining different quotations and making cost comparisons. The Purchase Department receives material requirements from the Planning Department and other departments for procurement. After receiving the requirement, the Purchase Department obtains the most cost-effective quotations and finalizes the vendor for purchase. After vendor finalization, the Purchase Department raises purchase orders to the vendor. The Purchase Department coordinates with the Finance Department to make vendor payments.
